Frequently asked questions
When does my page go live?
Teemint reviews your products, artwork, prices, production minimums, beneficiary and terms before publication.
How are fundraiser proceeds calculated?
Paid merchandise revenue less approved production cost, plus optional donations, gives the estimate. Fees, taxes, shipping adjustments and refunds affect the final settlement.
What if a production minimum is not met?
Strict campaigns cannot enter production below the minimum for each product. Staff follows the campaign’s approved refund or extension terms.
Where are event orders delivered?
All event merchandise is sent to the organiser’s single approved address.
Can I change a selection or request a refund?
Before paying, edit the support cart. After paying, contact Teemint with your order reference. Staff reviews refund requests under the displayed campaign terms.
Are participant details public?
No. Organiser dashboards and exports are restricted to the organiser and authorised staff.
